Return policy


  • All orders placed before 11 a.m. local time will be shipped the same day. Product availability may affect delivery times. A customer service representative will contact you to notify you if a situation arises.
  • Our packages are shipped via Dicom Express or Canada Post.
  • Oreille Bionique offers online sales to Canadian residents only.
  • Shipping is free for all orders over $500.
  • A delivery fee of $15 (including tax) applies to all other orders.
  • There are no delivery fees for orders picked up at our office. Please let us know or make arrangements with our customer service team if you would like to use this option.


We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date.

The equipment must be sent to and received at our office within this period.

Please return the equipment in its original condition along with a copy of the invoice. You may also contact us to obtain an RMA number. Any equipment not in its original packaging will automatically be refused.

Return shipping fees are entirely your responsibility.

Please note that all cochlear implant accessories are non-refundable unless they are in the manufacturer’s original sealed packaging.


Oreille Bionique reserves the right to refuse a refund following product inspection. Depending on the manufacturer’s policies, a partial refund may be issued in the event of damaged products or packaging. We process every transaction individually. It normally takes one week to complete the receipt, assessment, and refund, if applicable. A member of the customer service team will contact you if necessary.


If the equipment is damaged during transit, please contact us within three (3) business days after receiving your package. A member of the customer service team will explain the procedure to follow so we can make the necessary claims and proceed with replacing your product.


You can send us your products for repair whether or not they are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please complete the repair form below and send us your equipment. You must cover the cost of shipping to Oreille Bionique. All equipment under warranty will be processed within a reasonable time frame and you will not be charged any return shipping fees.

Out-of-warranty repairs are subject to a fee. A member of the customer service team will contact you to follow up on the situation. As soon as we receive your authorization, the process will immediately begin and should be completed quickly.
